To adapt to the impacts of global climate change

I am from Pakistan, and it is in so many ways, a more developing country than any other. The name of Pakistan familiar to the people engaged to world media is not for its development but for political involvement in so many world issues. Sometimes I feel as if we have stopped thinking about any other issue seriously. The scuffling minds of politicians have ruined every thing. They have thrown us back in past, dragged us cornered somewhere else, drawn us to some side we will take decades to come out again. There is no one to stop the politicians of the world, and politicians of our country, to do what they are doing from the recent past. Diverting our attention from the issues of education, environment, modern awareness etc. the politicians have put us in the Hades of religious antagonism and terrorist claim-defense puzzles.
Global Climate Change is indeed a great issue we the people of Pakistan should focus our attention on. Left unnoticed, it may throw us in the windmill of past. The water I am personally drinking in these days is so much contaminated that its color and smell is changed permanently. When I go to some other area and drink water I feel deeply the difference in smell, taste and color. Except very few, the most areas are supplied with same water. There is no organization, there is no welfare association that could solve this problem. All the world organizations are also deaf and dumb. The funds they provide are not used properly. They vaccinations they send are not supplied to the needy. Then the people who provide and send them are not selfless. They have their particular purposes to do so. It is said that the vaccinations given to children in country from UNO or some other organization was carrying viruses producing infertility in infants. It is said that they were aimed to slow down the population. Secondly, these vaccinations are not used at all. Instead, some fake vaccinations are used to show the formality to the concerned department. I made my children vaccinated for measles. Even then they suffered from it. The fruits, pulses and vegetables are also substandard. The current policies of exporters have rendered the whole nation a great depression in floor and oil. I don't know why don't they see the ration in salaries given and the prices of goods. They have created so much a great confusion that the whole nation is mentally distorted.
They have developed a psychology that don't let them think about environmental and pollution issues. Their current and immediate problems are so heavy that they don't mind to think what is going to happen tomorrow. I my self feel OK, when I feel I am not dead. This is what I can say about the mental and economic conditions of my people. It is true for at least eighty 90 % of our people. The rest 10 % is not the citizen of Pakistan. They have nothing to do with this nation or country. They are either so rich that they have already partially settled in other countries, or so poor that they can't even think and understand what and where they are. The majority however is facing problems so severely that their current interest is to survive. They can't have any concern with the future. Their day to day needs and rising prices have made them so limited and ultimately so selfish that they can't think what their children are going to live in. Every body is trying to make himself economically stable and every body is a failure.
If I try to think about the other factor my people are not taking interest in environmental issues for, I would like to say that they are not properly aware. Their religious bents and God trusting approaches have stopped them doing any thing for their future (at least in the cases that are not immediate). Secondly the poor dealers of pure water companies and filtering equipments have robbed them of their trust in any one.
In the light of the above scenario we can say that at least my country is not adapting to or preparing to adapt to the impacts of global climate changes.
